Named the UK’s top female influencer by The Sunday Times in 2019, Saffron Barker is a force to be reckoned with. At just 20 years old, Saffron has taken the YouTube and social space by storm with her consistently high quality content; culminating over 8 million followers across her social platforms. Saffron’s growth online isn’t slowing down – she is an International leader in this field cemented by being the key speaker at VidCon London 2020 and a regular spokesperson for the industry across all major outlets.
Originally from Brighton, Saffron started vlogging at just 15 on a family holiday and has loved sharing lifestyle, fashion, fitness, travel and beauty content ever since. She has a passion for documenting her life and these videos have shown her progress through life as a teenager to successful young woman in the public eye.
2019 saw Saffron dancing as a contestant in the BBC’s hit prime-time entertainment show Strictly Come Dancing. The Nation fell in love with her bubbly personality, infectious smile and kind nature and voted her through to week 10. Saffron then took to the stage on the sell-out 2020 UK-wide arena tour with her fellow contestants and professional dancers.
Strictly propelled Saffron in to other brilliant broadcast opportunities including BBC’s Greatest Dancer, a YouTube Original Series, and Channel 4’s The Circle, in which she came second. Saffron is a regular on the most-loved British daytime and news channels – including ITV This Morning, BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio1, Heart FM and Capital FM.
2020 saw Saffron and her mum Wendy launch their smash-hit podcast with Global – ‘Mum Made Me Do It’. Series 1 was a huge success, trending number one in the podcast charts alongside securing a billboard campaign in Leicester Square. Series 2 is set to follow in March 2021. This is another example of Saffron’s strong brand power and loyal fan base, who also ensured Saffron’s debut book ‘My Perfectly Filtered Life’ became a Sunday Times Number 1 best-seller.
Saffron is an established media favourite, being admired and featured by the likes of Grazia, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and Women’s Health. A proud cover star of the renowned Radio Times magazine and regular feature in glossy publications, Saffron stuns on red carpets from the BRITS, Pride of Britain, Nickelodeon and Radio1 Teen Awards, alongside front-row appearances at London Fashion Week.

Her popularity is clear to see with long-term relationships with brand-giants such as Coca-Cola, McDonalds, GymShark, Iconic London, Biore, Bulk, Alpro and Boux Avenue.
Saffron takes her charity commitments very seriously and uses her platform to highlight causes close to her heart.
