AJ Odudu is one of the UK’s most talented, exciting and dynamic TV presenters and personalities.

Loved by the public and press alike, she is best known for ITV’s The Voice & The Voice Kids UK as their Backstage Reporter. Autumn 2020 saw AJ co-presenting the brand-new ITV prime time entertainment series Don’t Rock The Boat alongside Freddie Flintoff. Summer 2021 sees AJ presenting new ITV2 entertainment show Apocalypse Wow.

AJ was a finalist on the notoriously tough Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins on Channel 4 and is a regular on ITV’s This Morning, Lorraine and BBC’s The One Show. She recently won Celebrity Come Dine With Me, as well being part of the Celebrity First Dates Hotel for SU2C on Channel 4.

AJ’s first major documentary, Manhunting With My Mum aired in 2018 on Channel 4 to critical acclaim – the show’s success led to rave reviews and cemented AJ as one of the UK’s leading TV names. Previous presenting experience includes BBC’s 5:19, co-hosting Channel 5’s Big Brother’s Bit On The Side alongside Rylan Clark and Trending Live on 4Music, where she interviewed the likes of Denzel Washington and Lady Gaga.

AJ’s love for broadcast knows no bounds and she has a huge passion for music, radio, and podcasts. She co-hosted That Saturday Show on Virgin Radio with Russell Kane, alongside presenting on his award winning Podcast series Boys Don’t Cry. Her love of music has seen her report from the Isle of Wight Festival Live alongside Jo Whiley and Zoe Ball for Sky Arts, the MOBO Awards for MTV / ITV and BBC Switch Live from the Hammersmith Apollo for BBC One. AJ is a well-established live event host and DJ, having spun for Ibiza Rocks, Century Members Club and warmed up for Oliver Heldens at Sushi Samba. Most recently, she has played for Adidas, EE’s Rising Star Party and for Desperados at the Boomtown Festival.

Born to Nigerian parents, AJ grew up with her seven siblings in Blackburn, Lancashire and has a degree in English & Politics. Her distinctive Lancashire accent adds to her charm and she is immensely proud of her culture and the issues surrounding what it is like to be a black woman in 2020. AJ’s intelligent thought and prominence in this space is continually championed by Vogue UK, and other leading publications. AJ has been a L’Oreal Ambassador for four years, fronting the inclusive L’Oreal Paris True Match campaign in partnership with The Prince’s Trust alongside Helen Mirran.

AJ is a trailblazer in the lifestyle and interior design space with the likes of Harper’s Bazaar UK championing her eye for detail in the home.  A qualified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, AJ has a huge passion for health and fitness, proven by her high-standing in Women’s Health Magazine, as a Women’s Running Magazine cover star and as Fitness Insider for The Evening Standard. AJ has fronted campaigns for Global sporting giants Adidas; New Balance, Speedo, Smart Water and many more. She is also the Fitness Ambassador for Superdrug nationwide and ran the London Marathon in 2017.
