TerriAnn Nunns

TerriAnn Nunns

Founder of the TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan

TerriAnn Nunns is the brains behind the TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan, the eating regime that has helped men & women both in the UK and globally lose weight and become healthier and happier by making just a few, simple lifestyle choices.

In 2011, after having had two children, TerriAnn found herself hitting rock bottom and spiralling out of control in a vicious cycle of comfort eating and guilt, and knew she need to do something once and for all. Over a period of five months she used the knowledge she had amassed from various other diet plans, along with testing different food varieties and adding / removing food groups, until she noticed weight loss without feeling hungry. By posting her weight loss photos on social media, TerriAnn soon had friends and family asking how she had managed such an amazing transformation, so she began to share her secrets with others. She was soon inundated with requests from strangers that were desperate to hear her weight-loss tips and consequently the TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan was officially born.

Seven years later, the TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan now has over 70,000 members and thousands of success stories; not to mention a recipe book, an app, monthly newsletters, online exercise videos and many more exciting things to come.
